What is "The Future Begins Today?"
The "Future Begins Today" is a not-for-profit organization that gives to qualified high school Troy, Ohio graduates,  both from public and from private schools, the chance to succeed. Every qualified high school graduate has the opportunity to receive post-secondary school education in universities, in colleges, in community colleges, and in vocational and technical schools. The program began in Troy in 1993 because business and community leaders recognized that educated citizens both are the basis of a prosperous local economy and are the foundation of the future high quality of life in Troy. No tax money supports "The Future Begins Today." All donations to "The Future Begins Today" exclusively benefit students and are used for last dollar scholarship grants and for student programs!

Urbana University Is Offering A Full Tuition and Room Scholarship Annually
To A Student Who Qualifies With The Future Begins Today.
Dr. Robert Head, President of Urbana University,announced that, in addition to tuition, the  award includes the cost of a room in one of the residential facilities on the University's main campus. In addition, The Future Begins Today will provide the student with a stipend to be applied to the costs of board and books. The financial assistance is renewable for up to four years, as long as the student remains in good standing with the University.
